By using ImgTrim's image processing tools, you confirm that:

ImgTrim provides free online image editing tools, including:

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Remain inactive for extended periods

  • ❌ Distribute child exploitation material (CSAM)

  • ❌ Upload content that violates others' privacy

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

  • You retain all rights to images you upload

  • We do not claim ownership of your images

  • We do not use your images for any purpose other than processing

5.2 Our Content

  • ImgTrim's logos, design, and code are our intellectual property

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding without permission

6. Privacy

Your use of ImgTrim is also governed by our 

Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • Uploaded images are deleted within 1 hour

  • We do not sell your personal data

  • We use minimal cookies for functionality

7. Service Limitations

7.1 Free Tier Limits

  • Maximum 10 images per session

  • Maximum file size: 10 MB per image

  • Batch processing limits may apply

7.2 Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

  • We may perform maintenance with or without notice

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ImgTrim is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Accuracy or reliability

Use ImgTrim at your own risk. We recommend keeping backups of your original images.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgTrim shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data or images

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Damages exceeding $100 or fees paid (whichever is lower)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImgTrim, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of others' rights

ImgTrim may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
